I originally saw Dr. Caroline Ayoub for a root canal on 07-02-26 for a root canal. Everything was going well until my one nerve / root did not take the pain medication and I could feel it. Dr. Ayoub continued to give more pain relief, but my nerve / root wasn't going along with the program. Dr. Ayoub kept apologizing and was comforting to my pain. She then said lets give it time to calm down and to come back next week. And I agreed like a little kid at a toy store. I came back on 07-09-26 Dr. Ayoub again apologized for last week and my discomfort and I said it wasn't her fault, my tooth had a mind of its own. Dr Ayoub then gave me the pain medication, more than last week and preformed the root canal. We had to stop several times because my tooth was still stubborn. After a little more pain medication, Dr. Ayoub finished the procedure and again apologized for my discomfort. I told her that none of this was her fault and that it was my stubborn tooth's. Dr. Ayoub and her assistant were phenomenal & caring towards me during the entire time. Not to mention he office staff, who are also wonderful. . Wonderful staff & team. They got me in on an emergency quickly , Dr. Estemalik took action and was able to diagnose the cause and started treatment . I will be a patient for life!

Very kind & thorough from the first phone call to the front desk, procedures & after care. Both Dr Carol & Dr John have amazing chair side manner. They are calm, caring & a little magical in their work. It’s the first time I felt no pain during a procedure. If you have to get endo or perio work done- this is your place.

I had a root canal done today and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr caroline was extremely professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The procedure was smooth and painless, and the staff made sure I was comfortable the entire time.I am very grateful for the excellent care and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing a root canal.

I cannot say enough positive statements about my appointment … from the front desk girls (shout-out to Miss. Stormi and Miss. Victoria 🫶🏾), to Dr. Carol and her assistant Issa (sp? … my bad , girl) … the type of professionalism and care that they exhibit is truly next level ! Dr. Carol is forreal a master at her craft … very minimal to no pain at all during the procedure , and she fully explained the process + provided the information necessary for me to understand what’s going on and why . She has an incredible chair side manner and damn near had your girl fall asleep DURING the root canal , that’s how efficient and amazing she is as a dental provider … lol . Big props to Rocky River Endo and Dr. Carol for an absolutely amazing experience ... Thank you ! 💯 💜
